Dr Sarah Hantz
Our Medical Director, Dr Hantz is a graduate of Western Washington
University 
and UC Davis in California.
She enjoys snowboarding, tennis,
reading and movies. Dr Hantz shares her Fayetteville home with husband, Matthew, Gianni, her lab/golden mix and her cat, Oliver.
In addition to being a devotee of the television show Lost, Dr Hantz is a Oakland A's fan. The newest addition to her family is Molly, a pug rescued from FSAEC.
Missy Richards
Missy has served as practice manager of the FSAEC since June of 2004. Missy and husband, Chris, live in Muldrow with their 7 dogs, 4 cats, Boer goat and Pot Bellied pig. She enjoys shopping, listening to rap and hip hop, and collecting shoes. After working many years in day practice, Missy credits Dr Carol Getty, medical director of the Animal Emergency Clinic of Northwest Arkansas, for creating her deep love of emergency veterinary care. Missy is a Fort Smith Chamber of Commerce Ambassador and serves on the Chamber's Education and Quality of Place Committees. Missy's favorite aspects of being a practice manager include client and staff education as well as public relations.
