After more than a decade in the planning by its shareholders, the Fort Smith AEC opened its door on August 1, 2004.

Our 3000 sq. ft. hospital offers state of the art diagnostic testing, compassionate emergency trained support staff and complete after hours care in a custom designed critical care facility located off Interstate 540 at the corner of Zero Street and Old Greenwood Rd in Fort Smith, Arkansas.

 Our hours of operation are Monday through Thursday from 6pm-7am

with 24 hour availability on the weekends.

We gladly accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover 

and Care Credit with proper identification as forms of payment.
